What actually happened
ARCLIGHT arrived with strong physics and a data room that would not have survived a first call. Packaging took four weeks: unit economics rebuilt bottom-up, a customer reference structured into the pack, and the technical claim separated from the commercial one. The lead investor was introduced in week six and led terms eleven weeks later.
